I remember my last rocket launch with a group of students at the fairgrounds. It was SO cold, I did all the set up and launching while they piled into my truck to keep warm.

It's really hard to work on the lawn and garden when it snows...like this morning.

Wow. Big Production.
We build a single rocket, and take it to the field, next to the Church.
Last launch, one of my older rangers said, "If I catch the rocket before it hits the ground, will you give me five dollars?".
I knew that the likelihood of this happening were nearly impossible, especially running through a soybean field, so I said, "OK, it's a deal.".
I had no idea that kid could run as fast as he did. My wallet is presently five dollars lighter.
