New carry gun
I have been wanting to upgrade for a while now. I was carrying the Kel-Tec P32. Its so small & light I can hide it no matter what I am wearing.
However. its so small its hard to shoot well.
Was in the local gun shop Saturday. They had a used Glock 42 with 2 mags (and Pierce pinky rests on both mags) & original case for $375
Snapped it up
UPDATE-fixed the pic

Either that, or you were standing too close to a black hole.

Re: New carry gun
Here it is along side my Glock 17
And the results of the first range session (which was cold with a crosswind)
Christi liked my Glock so much she put her Taurus up for sale & bought a Glock 42

I am really pleased with the Glock 42. Handles just like my Glock 17 & has very good accuracy for a small gun..
I think I actually like this gun better than the full size Glock

Re: New carry gun
Been a couple months now but bought the new Springfield Armory Hellcat subcompact 9mm. Fits well in the pocket. I really enjoy the iron sights come with tritium night Front and U shaped rear. I got the the one that was osp predrilled. It was only $30 more and figured what the heck.
Claymore, what’s your thoughts or experiences with a pistol red dot optics?
I sold my XDm locally for $415 an hr after posting on a nameless social media site (you suck zuck). Plan on eventually getting back into XDm but in a 10mm caliber. In the meantime I bought a fun gun a revolver Heritage rough rider with special edition civil war painted on sides of the grips. North and south on opposite sides for $169 optional .22 mag cylinder for $30 more.
I have a couple upgrades to do on sub 2000 tomorrow with a buffer recoil tube pad and recoilless charging handle. I already widened the tiny peep aperture.
