I don't understand what obama-care has to do with medical malpractice? Isn't obama care a plan to pay for medical care and not the actual care itself?

Medical care in Canada is great. I need to see a doctor, I go see one and I don't have to pay a penny. Walking into a hospital for any reason will not put me into financial ruin. The government pays everything.

It means that by going to the doctor (covered by Obamacare) you are far more likely to be injured that way than with a a so called assault rifle

That is not technically true

You don't have to pay a penny at that time

You have already paid many pennies in the form of higher taxes which go to cover the doctor visit.

True enough, you will not be slapped with a 6 digit bill for an operation in Canada as you would be in the USA.

Most government run programs (of any type & any government) are riddled with waste, fraud & abuse.

Programs run by un-elected government functionaries are never as efficient as a privately run program.

Medical care in the Army was Great. I needed to see a doctor, when I had a Navicular Fracture of the Right Wrist sustained from a gust of wind in a parachute landing, and he told me to "work it out".

I nearly lost use of my hand, and it didn't cost me a thing.

I have experienced the American version of Socialized Medicine, thank you.
