Ranger Database Makes Rib - Tri Tip Fundraising EZ.

We just presold 35 Tri tips at 20.00 each and 33 slabs of ribs at 17.00 each.

We should have about 700 in profit from about 4 hours of work by about 3 people.

Orders are all pre sold and pre ordered. They are picked up at Church after morning service. We cook at about 5 am on Sunday morning and by noon all the orders are heading home for a noon meal.

Rangers these fundraiser blow any fundraiser I have ever seen away by leaps and yards. Of course someone walking up giving you 5,000.00 or more is always much nicer and better..but for a continuous
way of funding your RR program. This beats all.

For the AG guys. Talk to your light for the lost folk. They have the technology to smoke the Ribs and Tri Tips.

Ranger Database has a Rib order form and a way to track it and tally it. It will allow you to customize the form and reports to fit your Church by changing the global fields to fit your area. This goes for church graphics as well.

I tried it once and our board made us add on more expense by offering a side salad like potatoe salad. We did Oriental Cuisine Luncheon and cleared over $1500 after expense. Best one we ever had. My CE Director spearheaded that fundraiser for me. I just don't have the time during the week to do stuff at the church.

We only sell ribs and tri tips. Pre ordered and pre payed for. No expenses like cups, napkins, forks, salad, dressings, salt pepper icecream, soda, tea.. These things take a lot of time.

Ribs and Tri Tips can be cooked and picked up in a morning of cooking by 2 guys. It's just hard to beat this. It takes less resources. Less time and return is 8 to 10.00 return on each purchase.

The extras were definitely NOT my idea. I thought $15 for a full strip of ribs was reasonable by itself.

I had 2 tri tips. I got home with one. The next night only one dinner was left of it. 40.00 went up feeding family.

GRRRR! I am going to have to hide my tri tips next time. GRIN!

I already spent 40. What's another 40... it's worth it gus. It's worth it. Funny thing is that is what my wife told me when I did my boo hoo over all the tri tips gone... she hasn't reimbursed me for my original 40 though... I know...., I know..."Mark just shut up and buy more Tri Tips!"
