Update: The perp was caught a block away, with money and gun in pocket. Ex-con on parole. Lock him up, weld the door shut.

Supposed to be home by now to be off this weekend but bad skid plate won’t lock onto trailer. Parts due to arrive today and hope we’re on our way tonight to California and then onto Ohio from there.

Only 1 more day until 12 days of vacation
My employer was originally planning on being open 26th-29th, but decided to close all week.
So I am off from 12/22-1/2

Only down side is that since I have less that 90 days in, I don't get paid for Holidays
so i will make $0 next week

Ran into a guy at Love's in Indianapolis that recognized my Royal Rangers emblem on the nrmc drawstring bag I use for toiletries. He was still able to quote code. He also did JLTA camps.

Colorado mtns was a blizzard, low visibility, gusting winds, and the rapids ascent into 11k feet of elevation messes you up. I pulled over at a wide break check shoulder to rest. Got to Bloomington, CA dropped fedex load. Supposed to pick up another at the same terminal sweet deal. Had to wait over 12 hrs to find out it was cancelled. Fight northern traffic for next load for 6 hrs at R&L. Left N California beautiful country but snow and ice hit us in Wyoming. Fishtailed once that was fun...Not. We made it home on Christmas Eve! PAM Transport brings all drivers home for Christmas.
