Cheap homemade fire logs
I saw on TV this morning a DIY segment on how to make your own starter fire logs. You take your Sun paper and open it. Roll it around a broom handle and saturate it in water. This will cause the paper to condense and keep its new desired shape. Remove it fom the broom handle. Let it dry for 7-10 days. You can also add tinder of your choice such as dryer lint into the center of the newspaper log.
For the cost the a paper and some prepping time you have cheap fire logs for your fireplace, wood burning stove, camp-out, or natural disaster.
