royal Ranger database Tracking Program FREE!

I really don't want to take the time to learn another program. I would rather spend the time working with something i know. I reworked Ranger bucks, using publisher, in about an hour i was printing bucks. now working on the store sheet. I tried to print from the database, but was to big. the column with the Buck prices fell off to the side.
I am one I don't like to reinvent the wheel. and at my age learning something new, especially something like a form creator. is time consuming!! I am content to rework it with what i know at this time. Maybe i will find a boy that knows how to use it.

Sounds to me your well on your way. Lots of great ideas folks have shared with me and I tweaked it a bit and put it in the Ranger Database. Ranger Bucks was one of those. We used those in the peak years when we were hammering out GMA's right and left. I had one other commander and we both did matching funds on the prizes. Keep up the great work. Hope to meet up with you at one of our events.

Do NOT feel bad by not keeping up with Mark. He replaces the screens on his own Lap Tops when they get beat up. (He acts like it's Common Knowledge...……..)

Ha...I have several times..but last year I found a guy that could do it for cheaper than I could buy the parts and that was with shipping and postage included. The guy lived up in Chicago. He did a great job and it's been working fine for months.

Sometimes it's easier to just pay the man. Now if it's a vehicle...pay the man.

I was working on a guys broadband line yesterday... he retired from many years in maintenance and his garage was full of tools that were on wheels.... just like mine. My shop is all on wheels. I need a bigger shop but for now it rolls out and rolls back into it's parking slot when I am done with it. I have issues with Ranger gear and supplies competing for shop space with my tools. I need another storage shed to move the ranger gear into.

Wife wont' move. I don't want to build a shop because it will over value the neighborhood. Maybe one day she will allow us to move until then it's going to have to be portable buildings.

Print it in Landscape mode on print setup in the rangerdatabase.

Made a Publisher File This morning!

That works as well. Just keep in mind if doesn't look right just switch to portrait mode or landscape mode. Also when printing records print records being browsed or current record depending on what your doing. It's in the print dialog box.

I am just so thankful to have access to so much help and Ideas. it has made my head swim. Every time i go to the database I find something else. that i didn't see last time that i was there! what a Gold mine of information. Don't have to reinvent the wheel, just get it rolling!

I am not a real programmer. It's kind of like my woodshop lots of cool stuff in there but it may take a bit to look it over and put things to work.

Always open to new or better ideas. I learn so much from other peoples ideas and then tweak it a bit and put it to work.
