Getting boys caught up.. Empty Getting boys caught up..

Post by Canadarangers August 4th 2015, 5:25 pm

What is the best way to go about getting boys who are new to rangers and entering let say in the 2nd year of DR caught up? My son has expressed interest in earning the Honour GMA and therefore needs to earn all of the RK awards before he ages up to AR.

Thanks
Jeremy

A lot of work!! Wink I wish I could give some experiential advice, but none of our boys have done it. Some have expressed an interest, but never put forth the effort to backtrack in order to catch up.

It's a lot of work for the boy and the leaders and parents. It's a nice patch to have. I don't put much into Awards and Certifications. I give them out and present them and give honor where honor is due..but the end result ... is how you finish the race. That is what counts.

I would focus RTK first. When you do focus on awards GMA GEA are prestigious enough.
