New rank system

I decided to improve the simple rank system & found some far  better images than the default stars

I liked the old RC rank system, but it took an enormous amount of work to set up, so  lets give this a try.

Its a suspicious emoticon. Ryan Beaty former nat'l office programs director who basically has done a lot changes you don't like. I doubt you would care for him. Chris, Mark, and others had their bouts with him on the old old forums.

You coppers aren't taking me alive...I've got an assault keyboard capable of firing 3000 posts in a single burst

I would like to know what distinguishing characteristics make your keyboard go into the classification of an "assault keyboard". Is it black and scary looking? Is it similar to the keyboards that the military uses? We must clarity these issues so that innocent forum posters don't get hurt by this keyboard. I'm sure the DOJ will need to hold a hearing on this matter to clear it up.

In the mean time, it would probably be safer for everyone involved if you'd just go ahead and turn it in to the authorities for safe keeping until all of this gets straightened out...
