Hi fellow Rangers! I'm Bernard from Singapore, am serving in Expedition Rangers in my outpost and as a Regional Staff running Expedition Leadership Camp (Equivalent of JTC). Great to be in the forum "again"! Am grateful for all the open sharing in different discussion groups, i'm picking bits and pieces of ideas to be used. Am truly encouraged and motivated to see/feel all your "heartbeats" through your discussion pointers and your service in this ministry. I have to say that you have really lived out Proverbs 27:17, sharpening one another! Keep it up!

Welcome, Bernard.
Absolutely, if you can post any news or pictures of your activities in Singapore, it would be appreciated.
It would be good for us to have more understanding of the World of Rangers beyond America's shores.
And we have a lot of knowledgable old (old, old, old) guys here with experience to share.

For a start, you may visit our National Website and Facebook, our National Communications Coordinator, Erwin has been faithfully updating the content, article and posting photos to keep everyone updated not just on what's happening in National's office, but down to individual outpost or commanders!
For example, he posted this bolo tie made by one of our commanders for our FCF president!

Re: New member
You guys have FCF? I wasn't aware of any foreign Royal Rangers running a version of FCF. Is your FCF based on your country's early history and what circa is your time period?

By circa I mean time period. Our FCF is early colonial till circa 1840's.

Re: New member
Welcome Bernard!
Perhaps to explain Dans question. FCF in America is based on our early history, and we dress as best we can like those from the 18th and early 19th centuries. In Singapore, what do you guys dress like? Do you dress like folks in history from your own country, or the USA?
I had thought there were FCF sects in other countries, just not aware of the specific ones.

"Arcliner" was my first desktop (Compaq then, there was a sticker on it with the word "Arcliner") that my dad bought for me.

Re: New member
Royal Rangers USA doesn't do hunting probably for liability reason. We do have a silver Hunter Education merit.
The name sounded familar.
