360 Man
Apparently, 360Man has been out for 2 1/2 years, but I only just saw it in a Springfield news e-mail. It's another reboot of Men's Ministries. There seems to be an unfortunate emphasis on signing up and paying them $10 a month. Anyone out there have any experience with it?
Back in the 90's, and 3 churches ago, I started a MM and called it God's Business:Men. The pastor tried to shut it down, in favor of the national name of Honor Bound. At my present church, I started Men of Issachar, which has been running for 3 years now. It's a good group of men, but we can't get anyone under 50 to show up...unless we host a BBQ. (I quit doing that.)

Re: 360 Man
Last night, I had an "Aha!" moment. Or maybe it was a "Duh!" moment. I'm not sure. Anyway, I was thinking about our church's under-50 crowd when it came to me.
A dozen years ago, our church went through a season of bad theology and almost went under. The junk was purged, we started to recover, and then COVID happened. We're still feeling the effects of that.
It had me thinking that we may have lost a generation of future leaders during those times. A lot of men left our church during the first crisis, and a lot of men retreated to their bunkers during the second crisis. All those guys missed the supernatural maturation process in our church and are now not available to call on or depend on.
If that's all true, what do we have to do? Write them off and start working on the younger adults? Or come up with a Holy Spirit-inspired plan to get them up to speed?
