Trail Life USA - what is your view on the BSA alternative?  I was talking with a scoutmaster the other night and he mentioned that his son was a "dualies" - Trail Life USA and Boy Scout memberships.  I also remember seeing the Trail Life Troop at a Apple and Cheese Festival in Canton, PA.  Two youth (home schooled brothers) "dualies" having membership in Trail Life USA in Canton, PA and the Royal Ranger Outpost out of Horseheads, NY. Do you think your Outpost camp with a Trail Life - USA Troop?

(Sadly, anything would be better than Scouts right now.) I've heard nothing but good about Trail Life. But any boys' organization is only as good as the men leading it.

I used to gladly donate to bsa via the tables in front of Walmart but haven’t for a long time.

I heard that Trail Life was started by Scoutmasters who were fed up BSA. I took a look at their program a few years ago & it looked good.

I have heard nothing but good things about them.
