NRMC I am going in 3 weeks

National Ranger Ministry Camp. YUP I am going in 3 weeks.

Have any of you been to this camp? I have been to NTC 2 times, ANTC 1 time. World Class Outpost 3 times. IT 1 time. CI many times and now back to Ranger Basics and Essentials and NRMC.

Sometimes our Spirit gets a glitch in our getty up...right reasons or wrong reasons. We are human. I have been in reserve mode for 8 years.

Karl Fleigh says we need to live the Adventure. I can agree with that. Looking forward to it.

I have Basics and Essentials to do in the next few months. My new job on the SO. MO. RR Exec board has me stepping up and bring it up to date. Not even asked to do that. Yet I felt it was time to do so.

Please put in your request and come to school with me. It will be fun!

I'd love to go to NRMC again! I wish I was in a place financially and schedule wise to get out there. I'll probably have to wait until it comes around closer to me. I'd like to take a few of our other commanders too.

Of the training I've been to, I would rate them from best to worst as:

NRMC
Ranger Essentials
Ranger Basics
WCO

Maybe I should say, "most useful to least useful".... I should probably put some blank spaces between Ranger Basics and WCO. The top three on my list are useful, IMO. WCO wad totally useless.

I did NRMC in Tiffin, Ohio went through each activity type too quickly to be proficient at any one thing. Otherwise not bad. 

WCO was the worst except meeting the Mansfields.

Hey I found out there was a black bear with his nose pressed into the screen tent window at one of the tents with in a 100 feet of my tent that Friday night at NRMC. Woo who!
