Event Food Calculator or Shopping List maker
Spent some time adding a Shopping list maker for our Royal Ranger events. It figures shopping lists on the fly. So often our numbers can change on our events from 5 to 25 and having this tool in the Ranger Database Permission Slips database works very well. It's already did a Survival Action Camp food list for 47 folks and a Frontiersman food list for a Frontier Adventure.
Adding a Pow Wow to it right now.
Here is a youtube Video on how to use the program.

Program can be downloaded from http://readyrangers.tzo.com Just like Salvation it's a free gift.

Re: Event Food Calculator or Shopping List maker
I used it last night to do the Pow Wow menu. It was handy. I just imported all my food items from a file changed the tag field to null and then tagged the ones I needed and added another 30 items and had it done. Next time it will be even less having to add the items. Just tag and go. Change the number of servings needed and boom it's done. Shopping list ready to go to the store!
It's funny to me I never did this before.
