Eye of the Needle Revisited!
Friday night heading out for the Eye of the Needle Backpacking trip. 17 going.
Weather is going to be perfect 0% chance of rain and low of 60 and high of 80. Wow perfect weather for a fall hike.
The scramble takes us from 2200 feet at the top down to 900 feet and most of that in the first mile. It's down down down into the Indian Creek.
The boys are pumped and ready to Live the Adventure.
We are making FCF wooden mugs the next 2 sunday nights. The boys got their materials ready and stuck on the templates and started cutting last sunday night.
Tonight is Fall Festival at Church. Rangers are helping out on the events. Rangers is good stuff.

Re: Eye of the Needle Revisited!
Sounds like it'll be a good time. I still haven't planned a backpack trip yet thus year. Maybe I'll try to get one in early December...
Is it just me, or has time sped up??? Seems like every time I turn around it's Sunday, then Wednesday, then Sunday again and it all starts over. I feel like we've gone to plaid.
