Hello From Northern Nevada

Dan Kovach here from Outpost 251 in Sparks, Nevada (near Reno / Lake Tahoe.) I suppose we would be considered a high adventure type outpost, focusing on wilderness wanderings by foot, paddle and bike. Looking forward to swapping stories and tips.

I've been involved since about 1988 (I'd have to check the date on my LTA stuff to be more exact...) I was invited by a friend to "just come see what it's all about" (though he denies it now and says I asked about the ministry.) It's been a rewarding experience!

Lots of good experience and different backgrounds here, & much information & information shared.

We have a couple of Commanders from Metropolitan Areas, but I think that the quite a few are from Suburban, Small Town, or Rural Areas.

Welcome aboard Dan. Its starting to feel like the old old forum days of cmdrs from across the country and world connecting together! You may not know of what I speak of there was another forum called Rangerforums then we had differences which led to Rangerchat 1.0 we had to relocate forums to forumotion due to server issues which makes us RC2.0.
