We had a good time at Commanders Conference this year. Now I know you all wanted to get to attend the class on Council Fire Lightning trips and tricks and most of you had a full plate (some of you really did over at dutch oven cooking) so you missed out on the show.

To make things fair for all. This video will bring you up to speed on lighting council fires in a couple of unique ways.

This is a great write up from our BSA friends that is a great read on many ways to light a fire as well. I put this on the ready rangers website for future reference.

I am going to use it at our Pow Wow for the council fire. Western theme so we get to have a fire this year and I get to light it. Going to do some colored flames this time as well.

The council fire went up well. We timed it with a trick cowboy shooter and poof we had fire and fireworks.

This year I am getting some stuff from the fireworks stand to make some cool fire starts.

We couldn't see the green flames because the fire was too big.

All good.
