Don't judge him to harshly. If it was choosing between you and Rangers and a sweet girl in the youth group to admire and dream about... don't take this wrong but I would go to youth...HAR! eerrr SNORT! It hurts when the truth comes out. hehehee. ha!

p.s. I have seen this so many times I have grown to expect it..and tell them before they do it it's ok. I will still welcome them at any time.

I'm not surprised he did. He is coming over Sat for the shooting portion of the camp-out. Youth is having a summer kick-off Fri so that takes my older boys out.

As I was loading up the car to take some stuff out to our storage unit, the kids came running up DAD! we saw a mouse!

I'm thinking, all that for a little field mouse Rolling Eyes But I followed & saw this little fellow near the base of a wall

Def NOT a field mouse! must be an escapee or let go by someone. there are 5 or 6 stray cats around here. can't believe he didn't end up as lunch Laughing Looks like he wasn't outside for long-he's too clean.

we may have a new pet Smile

Did a little geocaching on the way back from storage between sprinkles

This week I taught how to pitch a tent. Tomorrow we get to kick back and see how long it takes em to pitch one on their own...

We taught them how to pitch the tents when we did an overnighter sleeping IN the church. Then when we did our first "real" camp out, we had three teams of three pitch the tents while others did things like digging fire pit, set up tool are etc. It worked out really well! I did make sure that all the outpost tents are essentially the same though. Currently we're using the Ozark Trail 7x7's and 7x9's.
